Ox-Ryu-Karate  Founded in 2008!

Welcome to O.R.K Martial Arts (Ox-Ryu-Karate) a unique freestyle karate (mixed martial arts) school in Oxford UK. This school is run by Founder/ Chief Instructor Shihan Otis Williams. We teach students the highest standard of discipline, motivation, self-defence skills and fitness.

What we offer

Fitness training (exercise, body conditioning, flexibility)

Pad work (Focus pads, kick pads, punch bag, break boards)

Self-defence: techniques, weapon defence

Freestyle Karate: Blocking, striking, kicking, patterns (Kata), sparring (karate/kick boxing)

Our aim is to help develop individuals confidence, awareness and self-defence skills 

Information

To become a member come along to the Bullingdon Community Centre and sign up. We enrol new students every 4 months. Annual membership fee is £20 and class fees are £7.00 per session on a pay per class basis for ages 8 years old + 

Enrolment Dates: August-September, December-January, April-May
