I'm highly motivated and dedicated to Martial arts. I have been practising and studying Martial Arts since 1990. Instructing students to achieve their goals is my greatest reward!
O.R.K was founded in 2008 and is an independent freestyle self-defence school focusing on all the students individually through their life journey.
O.R.K does not run the club as a business nor for profit it simply runs the club to boost peoples confidence, improve fitness & flexibility and teach real life self defence skills.
O.R.K Instructors are fully qualified holding: A Black belt Certificate, Martial arts indemnity Insurance, First Aid Certificate and D.B.S clearance to work with children.
I personally hold all of the above plus a current level 1 awareness certificate in Safeguarding Children and Prevention awareness training.
